1-1/4 inch diameter thin wall black anodized aluminum vented cover with fully integrated Picatinny Rail mounted to the lower half. Fits Hi-Point 995TS. Secures to the barrel using 4 set-screws, as well as, keyed to securely into the lower half of the plastic stock for-end opening.
